About

With a practice rooted in drawing, I primarily produce works on paper, extending to painting, printmaking, book-making, soft sculpture, installation and community engagement projects. Underpinning my work is emotion and art's capacity to facilitate introspection and change, where I deeply value practices in care and vulnerability, using art as a vehicle for connection. I often work in series, trying to capture the myriad dimensions of a single subject, whether working across a series of small monoprints or an installation of large interactive soft sculptures. Informed by personal and collective experiences, I aim to create intimate works that stimulate contemplation and reflection within both the viewer and myself.

First-generation Australian with Russian, Canadian and Dutch roots.
